Product Return Procedure

Please follow this procedure when returning products:

#1. Call GEARS Education Systems for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

#2. Provide a daytime telephone number and an explanation of the problem.

#3. Package the item securely in a clearly marked container.

#4. Include a telephone contact number and an explanation of the problem.

#5. After inspecting and testing, we will return your product, or a product replacement within 30 days.

Note: If we receive packages without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package, we will return the package to the sender.
